30 candles, one big milestone, and a whole new chapter unlocked. This week I, Mr M Dongo, officially stepped into 30. And it feels different.

The last decade was about learning, building, and laying the foundation. I went from idea to execution as the founder of BNC INTERNATIONAL LLC, helping coaches and experts automate and scale with AI. I’ve had the privilege of guiding entrepreneurs in over 45 countries to turn their ideas into automated income. But 30 isn’t just a number — it’s a mindset shift.

No More Excuse- just the elevation theme for this season is simple: #NoMoreExcuses. Growth doesn’t happen in comfort zones. The candles on my birthday cake weren’t just for celebration — they were a reminder that every year is a chance to level up. Blessings, lessons, and even setbacks all led to this moment.
