Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing at the time of purchase, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the digital, intellectual, customized, and capacity-based nature of our Services:
No refunds for change of mind
No refunds for lack of use
No refunds for subjective dissatisfaction
No refunds for failure to follow instructions or implement strategies
No guarantees of income, business growth, or results

Cancellation & Refund Terms
No refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days of the event start date
Applies to:
Conferences
Workshops
Masterminds
Retreats
Live trainings
Virtual events or summits
Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued if:
A refund policy is explicitly advertised on the event sales page at the time of purchase, or
The event is cancelled by BNC INTERNATIONAL LLC and not rescheduled
Failure to attend, travel issues, visa issues, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies do not qualify for a refund.
Cancellation Requirements
For all recurring subscription products, including but not limited to BNC IO, BNC AI, and related SaaS platforms:
Cancellation must be completed at least ten (10) days before your next billing date
Late cancellations apply to the next billing cycle
Access remains active until the end of the paid billing period
No Partial Refunds
No prorated refunds
No refunds for unused time
No refunds for failure to cancel on time
You are solely responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation deadlines.
Automation coaching and implementation services are customized, labor-based, and resource-allocated.
Cancellation Terms
To cancel:
Submit a written cancellation request to [email protected]
Must be received at least seven (7) days before your next billing date
OR
On or before your final coaching session of the current billing month
Late Cancellations
If cancellation is not completed within the required timeframe, you agree to either:
Use the remainder of the services already paid for
OR
Pay a 35% cancellation fee
No exceptions will be granted.
Refunds are not issued for coaching programs based on:
Lack of perceived results
Business performance
Revenue outcomes
Market conditions
Personal circumstances
All coaching purchases are governed by our Earnings Disclaimer. Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, execution, experience, and external factors.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first following this Policy constitutes a material breach of our Terms.
We reserve the right to:
Terminate access immediately
Recover outstanding balances
Charge administrative and legal fees
Submit evidence to payment processors
Pursue collections or legal remedies
This Policy complies with applicable California consumer protection laws, including:
Clear disclosure of refund limitations
Transparent cancellation timelines
Digital goods and service exemptions
By completing your purchase, you expressly waive any right to refunds outside the conditions stated herein to the fullest extent permitted by California law.
This section applies only to customers residing outside the United States, including the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK), and is provided to comply with mandatory consumer protection laws where applicable.
Under EU/UK law, customers may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period only if:
No access has been granted
No digital content has been delivered
No platform, coaching portal, or SaaS system has been activated
No onboarding or implementation has begun
Waiver of Cooling-Off Rights
By purchasing and accessing any digital product, SaaS platform (including BNC IO and BNC AI), subscription, coaching portal, or online material, you:
Request immediate performance
Acknowledge delivery of digital content
Expressly waive your 14-day cooling-off right, as permitted by EU/UK law
Once access is granted, no refunds will be issued.
EU/UK cancellation rights do not apply to services that are:
Customized
Personalized
Time-allocated
Already in progress
Accordingly, once performance has begun:
Coaching
Automation services
Strategy calls
Done-For-You implementations
Are non-refundable, even if cancellation occurs within 14 days.
All EU/UK clients remain subject to:
The 7-day cancellation notice requirement
The 35% cancellation fee or service-usage option for late cancellations
Live events scheduled for a specific date or period are exempt from cooling-off rights.
Accordingly:
No refunds within 30 days of the event
No refunds for non-attendance
No refunds unless explicitly advertised otherwise
International customers acknowledge:
No guarantees of income or results
Refunds are not granted based on outcomes
