If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. This Return and Refund Policy has been updated on Jun 22, 2023.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation:
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or in the plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to BNC INTERNATIONAL, Robert Sobukwe Street, Sunnyside, Pretoria.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Services, Events, or Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to BNC INTERNATIONAL, accessible from https://www.bncinter.com and its partner websites.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Events Terms and Conditions
Live Events:
BNC INTER EVENTS does not offer refunds for live events, but you may be able to transfer or convert your live event ticket to a streaming ticket. Unless specifically stated on the registration materials, if you are unable to attend a live event that you purchased a ticket for, you may request one of the following within at least 30 days prior to the start of the event at no additional charge:
1. Request to transfer the ticket to another person by completing this form https://www.bncinterevents.com/contact
2. Convert the ticket to a streaming ticket (if available) by completing this form https://www.bncinterevents.com/contact
You and the transferee are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the online forms or applicable to the event. Registrants who choose not to attend the event, and who do not transfer OR convert their event ticket by the stated deadline, will not be eligible for a refund or other compensation.
BNC SUCCESSFLIX
Because of the family nature of our business events, some attendees bring their children to the event. We absolutely welcome that and want to see young entrepreneurs being developed. If you are coming with children, please be respectful to other attendees and don’t disturb them. BNC INTERNATIONAL LTD. will not issue refunds based on a complaint that any aspect of the event, including the behavior of other audience members, causes discomfort or offense to you or any children in your party.
Please note that different rules apply to different events
BNC MEGA NETWORKING event:
We welcome moms with their children with a condition to please be respectful to other attendees and don’t disturb them. Any child under the age of 16 needs to be accompanied by a legal parent/guardian and we do not require a ticket for attendees under 16 for General Admission seating. VIP and Super VIP experiences need to be purchased separately for any child under 16 years old.
All attendees who are 16 years old and above require a ticket in order to attend the event.
Automate to Millions event:
Due to the high level of training and the nature of the event, all attendees must be 16 years or older. Attendees under 16 years will not be allowed to the event. Attendees of the age of 16 years and above require a ticket in order to attend the event.
No Excuse Growth Con event:
Any child under the age of 16 needs to be accompanied by a legal parent/guardian and we do not require a ticket for attendees under 16 for General Admission seating. VIP and Super VIP experiences need to be purchased separately for any child under 16 years old.
All attendees who are 16 years old and above require a ticket in order to attend the event.
Online Experiential Training Events:
BNC INTERNATIONAL LTD offers a variety of online experiential training events. Unless specifically stated on the registration materials, the deadline to request a refund for such programs is 14 business days prior to the published start date and time of the program. Cancellations received after the stated deadline, OR for registrants who choose not to attend the event, will not be eligible for a refund
Products:
Except for Live Events and Online Experiential Training Events, other products sold through www.bncinter.com have a conditional 30-day refund policy. If you are unsatisfied after reviewing your product purchase, you have 30 days from the time of purchase to request a refund. Refund requests may be made by contacting Customer Service and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
BNC SUCCESSFLIX Membership
BNC SUCCESSFLIX Annual Membership Policy:
You agree to the yearly charge of the Annual Membership rate. Automatic billing will start 1 year after the initial payment of the Annual Membership rate. Subscription or Membership cancellations must be received 7 days before the next billing cycle renewal date to avoid the automatic non-refundable renewal fee and said service. Subscription fees are earned upon receipt and are non-refundable regardless of how long the user remains a member.
BNC SUCCESSFLIX Monthly Membership Policy:
You agree to the monthly charges of $49 or more per month. Subscription or Membership cancellations must be received 7 days before the next billing cycle renewal date to avoid the automatic non-refundable renewal fee and said service. Subscription fees are earned upon receipt and are non-refundable regardless of how long the user remains a member. Subscriptions can be canceled here or by emailing us at [email protected]
Refund Terms and Conditions:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used to purchase the event or product. For example, if you purchased the event or product using a credit card, a refund will be issued to the card used to make the purchase. [Processing by BNC INTERNATIONAL & MR M DONGO may take 5-7 business days after the refund request is received. Further processing may be required by your payment processor.]
Orders of Physical Products
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
- The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorates rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
